Love helping people and making great first (and last) impressions? We’re looking for a Full-Time Concierge to join our busy Sydney Airport team!

In this role, you’ll:
🙋‍♀️ Greet customers with a warm, professional welcome
🧳 Assist with returns, luggage, and customer questions
🚗 Inspect vehicles to make sure they’re ready for the next trip
⭐ Deliver an exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back

We’re after someone friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented — someone who takes pride in providing 5-star service every time.

🕐 Rotating roster between 6am–midnight (incl. weekends/public holidays)
📍 Based at Sydney Airport (Mascot)
