Process Engineer - Food Manufacturing (Dairy Highly Regarded)

Are you a hands-on Process Engineer passionate about optimising production, reducing waste, and driving efficiency in a modern food manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a talented professional to join a dynamic team where your ideas and expertise will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Lead and manage engineering and process improvement projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues
  • Collaborate with Maintenance and QA teams to ensure reliable, compliant production
  • Develop, maintain, and implement SOPs
  • Design and deliver training programs to support team capability
  • Ensure compliance with SQF, DairySafe, GMP, and retailer food safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in food manufacturing, ideally in a dairy environment
  • Strong process engineering and continuous improvement skills
  • Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and optimisation
  • Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across production and maintenance teams
  • Knowledge of food safety and WHS practices
