We are big enough to work with global logistics giants, but boutique enough that you will work directly with the Directors and have a genuine say in the company’s future.

We are looking to make a strategic hire to help take us to the next level. This is a 360-degree Consultant role based in our modern Edgecliff HQ - 150 meters from the train station which is perfect for your Eastern Suburbs commute. 

We are looking for a "Hunter"—someone who is commercially minded, hungry for financial success, and looking to build a stable, long-term career in Sydney.

Your Role:

• Delivery & Pipelining: Identify and engage top-tier talent in the logistics sector (no truck drivers—we place the executives and operators who run the show).
• Business Development: As you grow, you will drive new business, attending networking events and building your own client portfolio.
• Strategy: Work hand-in-hand with the Directors. You aren't a cog in a wheel here; you are a key part of our growth story.

Your Background:

• Previous experience in Sales, Recruitment, or the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry is essential.
• You are "money hungry" but professional. You understand that recruitment is a sales game and you are willing to put in the work to get the rewards.
• We are looking for someone committed to life in Australia who wants to build a reputation in the market.
