Agricultural Diesel Mechanic / Workshop Manager Regional SA | $115k–$135k + Super | Company Vehicle

An opportunity is available for an experienced Agricultural Diesel Mechanic ready to step into a hands-on Workshop Manager role with real autonomy and long-term security.

This is a permanent, senior role within a well-established regional agricultural dealership, offering strong remuneration, leadership responsibility, and an excellent lifestyle.

The Role

• Run the day-to-day operations of the workshop
• Lead and mentor apprentices and technicians
• Diagnose, service and repair agricultural machinery
• Advanced fault-finding across mechanical, electrical & CANBUS systems
• Working knowledge of GPS / guidance systems
• Liaise with customers and manage workloads
• Ensure WHS compliance and high workmanship standards
• Inspect and sign off completed work

Full-time | Monday–Friday
Weekend work only during peak seasonal periods

About You

• Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic
• Strong agricultural machinery experience (CNH highly regarded)
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Confident leading people and managing a workshop
• Currently onshore and based in Australia
• Full Australian working rights
• Full driver’s licence (MR / forklift advantageous)
