Automotive Technician - Alexandria NSW

Are you a skilled Light Vehicle Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship? Do you enjoy working across a variety of makes and models in a fast-paced, modern workshop environment?

We’re looking for a motivated technician to join our growing team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring every vehicle meets the highest mechanical and safety standards before reaching our customers.

As a Technician, you are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing and carrying out necessary and relevant service and repair work to all cars to meet quality standards and set targets. The role works as part of the operations team, sharing ideas, problem-solving and refining best practices.

As part of our workshop team, you will:

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and road tests
• Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out high-quality repairs and servicing
• Complete certification and safety inspections (including Pink/Blue Slips where applicable)
• Perform final quality control checks prior to vehicle delivery
• Work across a wide range of makes and models
• Support apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workshop

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Motor Mechanic (Tradesperson Certificate required)
• 0–5 years’ experience as a Light Vehicle Technician
• Multi-brand experience highly regarded
• E-Safety (Pink/Blue Slip) certification (advantageous)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
• Current NSW driver licence (manual & automatic)
