We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead operations in an exciting new Irish bar venture in Adelaide.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Bar Manager
• Extensive knowledge of the pub, bar, and hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of beverage programs, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Proven people management and team leadership skills
• Ability to create a welcoming and authentic Irish pub atmosphere
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a hands-on approach
