We are looking for a Loss Adjuster to join our Darwin team, managing a diverse portfolio of property claims across the Northern Territory. As a Loss Adjuster, you will manage claims from initial assessment through to resolution. You will investigate the cause and extent of damage, liaise with clients and industry experts, and provide fair, well-reasoned outcomes for all parties involved.

No two days are the same. You will enjoy the autonomy to manage your own portfolio while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting site inspections and desktop assessments
• Investigating property and commercial insurance claims
• Managing claims from lodgement through to resolution
• Preparing clear reports and recommendations
• Building strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders
• Making sound, well-supported claim decisions

Key Requirements

• Current driver's licence
• Relevant experience in loss adjusting, insurance, claims, property, construction, engineering, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full working rights in Australia, or eligibility for sponsorship
