We are seeking confident and customer-focused Client Service Consultants to join the H&R Block Contact Centre team.

This is a casual position offering full-time hours, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team.

Based in Moonee Ponds, VIC or Morley, WA, both locations are conveniently located close to public transport, cafes, and local amenities.

About the Role

You will manage inbound and outbound calls from existing clients, booking tax appointments, providing accurate information, and delivering a positive customer experience.
There is no cold calling - outbound calls are warm reminders to existing customers only.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to book tax appointments
• Make friendly outbound reminder calls to existing clients
• Meet performance targets while maintaining a client-first approach
• Work collaboratively with your team during peak periods

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service experience (call centre experience advantageous)
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Confidence, professionalism, and resilience under pressure
• Ability to work a rotating roster
• A positive, team-focused attitude
