Client Service Consultant – Contact Centre

H&R Block Australia are seeking Client Service Consultants to join our Contact Centre team based in Moonee Ponds.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

The Moonee Ponds office is conveniently located close to public transport, cafes, and local amenities.

Key responsibilities include:
• Handling inbound calls to book tax appointments
• Making warm outbound reminder calls to existing H&R Block clients (no cold calling)
• Delivering a professional and positive customer experience
• Working collaboratively with the team during peak periods
