Rapid Geo Pty Ltd is one of Sydney’s fastest-growing geotechnical engineering consultancies, and we’re looking for multiple enthusiastic entry-level engineers or geologists to join our construction phase engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in geotechnical engineering with plenty of hands-on field experience and genuine career progression.

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geology
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Good communication skills
* Australian driver’s licence (or ability to obtain one)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Construction Phase Geotechnical Engineer, you’ll be working on major infrastructure and building projects across Sydney, including:

* Pile inspections
* Excavation inspections
* Bearing capacity inspections
* Proof rolling and subgrade assessments
* Site investigations and geotechnical testing
* Preparing site records and technical reports
* Working closely with contractors, builders and project managers
