LEAD CONCRETER

Nature Concrete Co. is on the lookout for an experienced Lead Concreter to join our crew.

We’re a family-owned business that’s been operating for 5 years, and over that time we’ve built a solid reputation for high-quality work and an even better team of blokes. Due to continued growth, we’re ready to bring on the right person to help lead our projects.

About the role:

• Run jobs from start to finish
• Read and interpret plans
• Lead, motivate, and manage a well-established crew
• Deliver finishes to a consistently high standard
• Work across residential and small commercial projects
• Projects located around the Brisbane area

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally 15+ years’ experience in concreting and managing a team
• Previous experience as a leading hand or having owned/run your own business
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
