Kelko Construction is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Plant Coordinator to oversee the effective management, scheduling, and compliance of plant and equipment across our operations. This role is critical to ensuring our fleet is safe, efficient, and fully operational to support project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain plant allocation systems and asset tracking records
  • Coordinate weekly plant and equipment schedules across projects
  • Ensure all plant is serviced, compliant, and operational at all times
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of plant and equipment
  • Manage registrations, insurance, and related documentation
  • Monitor and track defects, maintenance activities, and usage trends

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong reporting and data management capability
  • Effective problem-solving skills

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with plant/asset management systems (e.g., 3D Safety, Plant Assessor, or similar)
