Recruitment Consultant - Sydney
E4 has supported Australia's healthcare sector for over 10 years and we're growing. We're looking for driven, people-focused individuals to join our Sydney team, no recruitment experience required. If you have the work ethic, we'll give you everything else.

Tasks & Duties:

• Source and engage nursing professionals for temp and permanent roles 
• Conduct phone and video interviews, manage compliance and onboarding 
• Support and grow client relationships across the healthcare sector 
• Work towards targets and KPIs with coaching from your manager 
• Over time, develop new business and run a full 360° desk

What We Offer:

• $70,000–$75,000 + uncapped quarterly commission
• 20 days annual + quarterly wellness day + birthday off
