Site Engineer

With a strong pipeline of work locked in through 2026 and beyond, and we’re on the lookout for a Civil Site Engineer to join our team.

You’ll be out on site, involved in the work, learning from an experienced team, and actually seeing projects come together.

The Role

You’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of civil projects, working closely with our team to keep works running safely & efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating daily site activities
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance to drawings, safety, and quality requirements
• Assisting with planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Liaising with supervisors, subcontractors, and clients
• Managing site documentation (ITPs, QA records, daily diaries)

This is a hands-on site role — ideal if you want exposure across all stages of project delivery, not just desk-based engineering.

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s keen to learn, takes initiative, and wants to build a long-term career in civil construction.

You’ll ideally have:

• Civil construction experience (essential)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
• 1–3 years’ experience in a site-based civil role
• Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills
• A proactive, reliable attitude
• Understanding of civil standards, safety, and QA systems
• White Card and current driver’s licence
