A respected custom home builder is looking for an experienced Construction Scheduling Coordinator to join their high\-performing team.

With projects currently exceeding expectations, they need a proactive professional to ensure that every build is executed with precision—from scheduling works to ordering materials as required.

This role begins as a work\-from\-home position, offering the flexibility to manage your day effectively before transitioning to a hybrid model

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Project Scheduling:<\/b> <\/span>Develop and maintain detailed schedules for construction projects, ensuring each build is completed on time and within budget.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Material Coordination:<\/b> <\/span>Order and manage materials to keep projects progressing without delay.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • System Expertise:<\/b> <\/span>Utilise Onsite Companion efficiently (minimum 2 years’ experience required) to streamline operations and enhance communication.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Problem Solving:<\/b> <\/span>Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure projects remain on track.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Technical Proficiency:<\/b> <\/span>Use Microsoft Office and related software to manage project data and communications effectively.
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Candidate Profile:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Experience:<\/b> <\/span>A minimum of 5 years in the construction industry, with at least 2 years’ direct experience using Onsite Companion
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Tech Savvy:<\/b> <\/span>Must be highly computer literate and proficient with Microsoft systems and other required software
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Problem Solver:<\/b> <\/span>Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to overcome challenges efficiently
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Location:<\/b> <\/span>Based in South East Queensland
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Availability:<\/b> <\/span>Immediate availability is preferred—the right candidate can start immediately
      <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>
