A growing residential home builder in South East Queensland is expanding its operations team and is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to play a key role in preparing projects for construction. 
<\/p>

This is a fully remote position designed for someone who thrives working independently, takes pride in producing accurate work and enjoys the autonomy that comes with a results driven environment.

Rather than spending hours each day commuting, this position is designed for someone who would prefer to invest that time into becoming highly effective in their role, continuing to grow professionally and enjoying more time in their personal life.

About the Role<\/b>

 The Contracts Administrator is responsible for preparing and managing all contract documentation before projects move into pre construction. 
<\/p>

Working closely with the operations team, you will ensure that contracts, specifications and supporting documentation are accurate, complete and aligned with the agreed scope of work. 
<\/p>

This role acts as a key checkpoint between sales and construction, ensuring every project begins with a properly prepared contract foundation.

• Preparation of residential building contracts and supporting documentation

• Preparation of Construction Commencement Agreements
<\/p>

• Compilation of contract packs including schedules, annexures and supporting documents
<\/p>

• Ensuring plans are correctly prepared for contract execution 
<\/p>

Specification and Inclusion Control:<\/b> 
<\/p>

• Cross checking inclusions and specifications against sales documentation
<\/p>

• Verifying allowances and selections
<\/p>

• Identifying discrepancies before contracts are issued 
<\/p>

Contract Variation Management:<\/b> 
<\/p>

• Preparing contract stage variations
<\/p>

• Ensuring variations are accurately documented and approved 
<\/p>

Documentation Management:<\/b> 
<\/p>

• Maintaining contract registers and document control systems
<\/p>

• Managing version control of contract documentation
<\/p>

• Maintaining standard templates and documentation libraries 
<\/p>

Concept Plan Preparation:<\/b>

• Preparing contract stage plan mark ups
