About The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, thorough Lawn Technician to join our Sydney team.

• You’ll start with extensive training alongside Steve, the business owner.
• Once ready, you’ll be provided a fully equipped 'The Lawn Guys' vehicle and mobile phone.
• Admin will handle all job scheduling and paperwork.
• Work is primarily Monday to Friday (7am - 4pm), with weekend work rarely required, only if we have lost time due to weather.
• The work is physically light but active and satisfying if you enjoy being outdoors.
• Bonuses at Christmas and end of financial year for loyal team members.
• Sponsorship available for the right candidate with relevant experience. 

About You

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to grow within a supportive, high-standard team. Ideally you’ll have:

• Experience with physical work or outdoor jobs
• Some customer service experience
• A background working independently or unsupervised
• A history of reliability (e.g. team sports, leadership, etc.)
• A current driver’s licence
• A desire for a stable, long-term role
