Medical Specialist Coordinator

🔥 6-Month Contract | Melbourne CBD | View to Extend

We’re looking for an exceptional Medical Specialist Coordinator to join our fast-paced medicolegal team in the Melbourne CBD.

This is a 6-month contract (maternity leave cover) with the potential to extend if ongoing operational needs remain.

About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a national panel of 100+ medical specialists.

You will:

• Manage and optimise specialist availability and schedules
• Wrangle 100+ specialists' appointment availability
• Respond to and triage specialist inbox queries quickly and accurately
• Troubleshoot portal and workflow issues
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation requirements
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
This role requires someone who can think ahead, stay calm under pressure, and juggle multiple workflows without dropping the ball.

✔ Medical administration, medicolegal, personal injury or case management experience
✔ Advanced computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly
