State Service Coordinator – Belmont | $80K + Super
We are currently recruiting for a permanent State Service Coordinator to join a well-established global organisation based in Belmont.
The Opportunity:
- Location: Belmont, WA
- Salary: $80K + Super
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
- Work Environment: Office-based
- Eligibility: Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only
About the Role
This is a varied coordination role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the WA service function. You will coordinate a team of field-based technicians, manage scheduling and service bookings, liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure jobs are allocated and completed efficiently.
About You
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous scheduling, service coordination or administration experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence liaising with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders
