Benefits:

Base rate of $35 per hour + super + uncapped commission (OTE $75-$110K)

Role:

Be the initial point of contact for new students eager to begin their educationaljourney
Manage leads effectively in CRM system and ensure accurate information isrecorded
Utilise warm leads and a blended inbound and outbound model to guide studentstoward reputable courses aligned with their aspirations
Managing existing learner database to generate cash opportunities

About you:

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (phone sales experience highly desirable)

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist others

Passion for sales, coupled with a keen interest in the education industry

Motivated to achieve financial success

Experience with CRM systems (training provided for specific platform)

Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-basedsystems

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
