About the Role

This is a full-time position. You’ll work on a variety of residential projects, performing tasks such as:

• As a Work Site Carpenter, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential and commercial construction projects across Sydney. This hands-on position requires precision, reliability, and a strong understanding of site safety and building standards.
• 1st fix framing – wall, floor, and roof structures
• 2nd fix finishing – doors, skirting, architraves, and detailed joinery work
• Working from plans and drawings to deliver high-quality results
• Collaborating with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Trade qualification in Carpentry and Joinery (Certificate III or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience post-apprenticeship
• White Card
• Own tools and reliable transport (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
